📊 We’re hiring: FP&A Analyst – 12 Month FTC
We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team at MM Flowers.
This is a forward-looking finance role, with a strong focus on forecasting, financial modelling and understanding what is driving business performance.
You’ll be working across:
- Sales & margin forecasting
- Labour and cost forecasting
- Monthly financial reporting
- Actual vs budget vs forecast variance analysis
- Financial modelling and scenario planning
- Forecast accuracy and continuous improvement
- Large and complex financial and operational datasets

We’re looking for someone who is CIMA/ACCA qualified, actively studying towards either qualification, or brings 3+ years’ relevant FP&A/analytical finance experience.
You’ll need strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and, most importantly, a natural curiosity for understanding what the numbers are telling you and what happens next.
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or another fast-paced operational environment would be a real advantage.
