FP&A Analyst - Bridgend

As an FP&A Analyst in Bridgend, you'll be key to keeping the numbers on track and providing insights that support decision-making in the fast-moving manufacturing industry. Your role will involve analysing financial data, preparing reports and helping the business make informed choices.

Description

  • Analyse financial data and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and manage detailed reports, budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track business performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide financial support and advice.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel or ERP systems.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Offer

  • Salary range of £54,000 to £66,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Additional benefits included in the package.
