FP&A Analyst - Bridgend
As an FP&A Analyst in Bridgend, you'll be key to keeping the numbers on track and providing insights that support decision-making in the fast-moving manufacturing industry. Your role will involve analysing financial data, preparing reports and helping the business make informed choices.

Description
- Analyse financial data and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare and manage detailed reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track business performance.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide financial support and advice.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel or ERP systems.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Offer
- Salary range of £54,000 to £66,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Additional benefits included in the package.
- Permanent role based in Bridgend.
