This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of FP&A, business performance, and data analytics. You will play a highly visible role supporting investment decisions, improving reporting capabilities, and providing insights that influence senior leadership and board-level decision making.

As the business continues to invest in its reporting and analytics capabilities, they are looking to hire an FP&A Business Partner to help strengthen financial reporting, investment analysis, and business performance insights across the organisation.
The Role
You will join a collaborative finance function, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting and analysis while helping shape the future reporting landscape.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce monthly business performance and financial reporting across multiple business areas
- Collect, validate, cleanse, and consolidate operational and financial data from various sources
- Analyse profitability, utilisation, investment performance, and key commercial KPIs
- Develop and enhance Excel-based reporting packs and management information
- Create clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and board audiences
- Support investment analysis across both internal growth initiatives and external investment activity
- Work with outputs from a developing data warehouse environment, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Partner with finance, operational, and data teams to improve reporting processes and governance
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insight to support strategic business decisions
- Help standardise performance reporting and strengthen reporting frameworks across the organisation

Your Skills & Experience
You may currently be working as an FP&A Analyst, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, or within a similar finance and analytics-focused position.
Key requirements include:
- Strong experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting, or business partnering
- Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, and multi-source data consolidation
- Experience working with financial reporting, business performance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Strong data manipulation, cleansing, and transformation skills
- Power BI experience, including Power Query and data modelling fundamentals
- Ability to work with incomplete or complex datasets and turn them into meaningful business insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior audiences
- Understanding of revenue, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance metrics
- Background within professional services, consulting, accountancy, or another KPI-driven environment would be advantageous
