Meraki Talent are exclusively supporting with the appointment of a permanent FP&A Business Partner based in North Fife with hybrid working paying up to £50,000 to £55,000 base salary + a competitive wider benefits package.

The Role
The position of FP&A Business Partner is removed from the BAU and month-end finance creating excellent capacity to add value. The key components of the role will include:

- Business partnering with senior and non-financial stakeholders including Departmental Heads
- Production and presentation of monthly management accounts & reporting packs
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning & analysis
- Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives including automation & AI
- Commercial & operational analysis - KPI's, P&L, sales, revenue, cost management

What You'll Bring
The employer is keen to engage with three profiles of qualified Accountants (ESSENTIAL):
- An individual already operating in a Finance Business Partner position
- An individual operating in a Management Accountant or Finance Analyst position with finance business partnering exposure
- An individual operating in a corporate finance role in an Accountancy Firm/Practice and seeking their first inhouse move
