FP&A Director | PE-Backed Ad-Tech | London

An outstanding opportunity for an FP&A Director to join a high-growth, PE-backed Ad-Tech business operating at the forefront of the digital advertising ecosystem.

This is a genuinely strategic FP&A role within a sophisticated, international technology business. You'll work closely with the CFO, CEO and PE investors, providing the analysis, modelling and commercial insight that drives key business decisions.

The business is well established, highly acquisitive and continuing to scale internationally, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of finance, strategy and technology.

The Role

You'll lead the FP&A function and become a key partner to the executive team, owning the financial planning and performance agenda across the group.

  • Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process
  • Building and maintaining sophisticated financial models
  • Providing insightful analysis of revenue, margins, EBITDA and cash generation
  • Driving monthly performance reviews with the executive leadership team
  • Producing high-quality board and investor reporting
  • Supporting the CFO and CEO with strategic decision-making
  • Developing commercial KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Partnering with sales, operations and regional leadership teams
  • Supporting M&A, investment cases and post-acquisition integration
  • Improving the quality, speed and sophistication of FP&A across the group
  • Leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team

What we're looking for

We're looking for a qualified accountant or highly analytical finance professional with a strong FP&A background and genuine commercial instinct.
