Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced FP&A and Finance Transformation Professional
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A and Finance Transformation professional to join an award-winning TV and content production studio at a pivotal point of change within its finance function.
Role Overview
Working closely with the Finance Director, you will have the opportunity to make a real and visible impact: reshaping the FP&A function, redesigning management reporting, and building the models, processes, and insight that will support better commercial decision-making across the business.
This role requires someone who has built, improved, and implemented change before: someone who can quickly understand the current environment, identify what needs to change, and then get hands-on to make it happen. You will have genuine scope to influence how the finance function operates and affect change.
Crucially, you will have experience working within TV, film, entertainment, content production, streaming, or a closely related media environment, giving you an understanding of the commercial and financial complexities of the sector.

- Duration: Initially a 3-6 month contract but could have the scope to be longer term for the right person.
- Location: Hybrid working, requiring you to be in their lovely Central London offices at least 3 days a week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
