FP&A Functional Consultant

Permanent

Location: UK - Fully Remote

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 plus bonus

Key skills:

  • Unit4 FP&A
  • FP&A implementation
  • Solution configuration

  • Financial planning

We are recruiting a Unit4 FP&A Functional Consultant for a specialist business systems consultancy.

This is a hands-on consulting role focused on the implementation and configuration of Unit4 FP&A solutions for a range of customers.

The successful candidate must have practical experience configuring and implementing Unit4 FP&A. This role would not suit someone whose experience is limited to using an FP&A system within an end-user finance team.

You will work closely with customers to understand their planning, budgeting and forecasting requirements, translate those requirements into effective system designs, and configure solutions that support their business processes.

This is a UK-based remote role, with travel to customer sites when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
