Job Position
We are currently looking for an FP&A Graduate to join our Finance team, based at our head office in Caterham, reporting to the FP&A Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
The role will provide additional analytical resource to the Financial Planning & Analysis [FP&A] Manager, improving the quality and timeliness of financial reporting, and create a talent pipeline for the business. Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Supporting the budget and forecast process
- Assisting the management reporting process and preparation of standard financial reports
- Variance analysis and investigating key financial movements
- Maintaining and improving financial models and reporting templates
- Supporting business partnering activities
- Supporting process improvement initiatives as well as ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic projects

Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring
- Degree level or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics or similar
- Strong numerical and analytical ability, with confidence working with data and financial information
- Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; willingness to learn and develop further reporting and analytical skills
- Interest and awareness in financial planning, analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Able to interpret information, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly
- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions, learn, and develop
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload with support and guidance
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build positive working relationships with colleagues across Finance and the wider business
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling financial and business information
