Location: Remote, with adhoc meetings in London
Please note: Candidates must be available immediately or at short notice.
We are supporting a fast-growing technology business who are seeking an experienced Lead FP&A professional to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and supporting business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, this position will own budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and performance reporting, providing critical insights that drive decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasting cycle across the business.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support revenue growth, commercial performance, and strategic planning.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams on pricing, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Produce monthly management reporting and KPI analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Enhance FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to support business growth.
- Support board-level reporting, strategic projects, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Contribute to the development of FP&A capability within the wider finance team.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven FP&A experience within a high-growth technology, telecoms, SaaS, infrastructure, or similar environment.
- Must have experience from Venture Capital (VC) or Private Equity (PE) with fundraising/ startup exposure.
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insight.
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
