FP&A Lead

Financial Services | Strategic Leadership Role | Excellent Career Progression

We are partnering with a leading financial services business to appoint an FP&A Lead. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organisation in a highly visible role with significant exposure to Executive and Board stakeholders.

You will lead Group financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, providing the insight and challenge required to support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, identify risks and drive performance improvements
  • Consolidate revenue, cost, cash flow and headcount forecasts across multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare Board and Executive reporting packs, delivering insightful KPI analysis and performance commentary
  • Support long-term strategic planning through financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Provide financial support and analysis for strategic projects and growth initiatives
  • Monitor business performance and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Lead and develop members of the FP&A team
  • Drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and analytical processes
