I'm currently partnering with a high-growth, globally recognised consumer brand to recruit an FP&A Manager on a fixed-term basis.
This is a high-impact role sitting at Group level, partnering with senior leadership and international finance teams to drive planning, forecasting and performance reporting across a rapidly scaling global business.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Own monthly Executive/Board reporting and financial storytelling
- Provide insight into performance, risks, opportunities and key business drivers
- Partner with regional and functional finance teams globally
- Support senior stakeholders with modelling, scenario analysis and decision support
- Drive improvements across FP&A processes, reporting and planning systems
- Help enhance automation, data quality and reporting efficiency

What I'm looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A experience within a global/multinational environment
- Proven budgeting, forecasting and 3-year planning experience
- Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills
- Experience producing senior/Board-level reporting
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Anaplan experience would be advantageous
