FP&A Manager
£65,000 - £75,000 + Bens
London - Hybrid
A well-established, private equity-backed consumer business with operations across multiple UK sites is looking to strengthen its finance team with the appointment of an FP&A Manager. The business has experienced sustained growth in recent years and offers a genuinely commercial environment where finance plays a central role in decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting cycles
- Building and maintaining robust cashflow forecasting models
- Producing insightful financial and operational analysis to support decision-making
- Partnering with operational stakeholders across multiple sites to challenge and support performance
- Developing Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key metrics
- Identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency

What we're looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven FP&A experience gained within a multi-site business
- Strong technical modelling skills, particularly around cashflow forecasting
- Confident, hands-on user of Power BI
- A natural communicator who can translate numbers into commercial insight for non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
