🧮 FP&A Manager (6-Month FTC)
📍 London / Hybrid Working 💷 £80,000 - £100,000
We are delighted to be hiring for an FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing, well-known FMCG brand on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to take real ownership of a business's budgeting and forecasting cycle at a business with genuine scale and ambition.
About the role
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll take day-to-day ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes - bringing structure, control and momentum to key finance activities from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes end-to-end
- Partnering with commercial, finance and leadership teams to gather assumptions, challenge inputs and translate business plans into clear financial forecasts
- Owning and improving planning models, templates and reporting packs
- Identifying opportunities to improve existing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Providing variance analysis, scenario modelling and insight across sales, margin, overheads, cashflow and wider business performance
- Supporting ad hoc analysis and project work as required

What you’ll need:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), or qualified by experience in a senior FP&A role
- A strong track record of leading budgeting and forecasting processes end-to-end
- Comfortable owning complex planning cycles and managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Strong analytical capability - able to turn complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Confident working independently in a temporary role, building relationships and adding structure quickly
- A collaborative communicator, able to influence across finance, commercial and leadership teams
