An instantly recognisable PLC Consumer business who are currently on an impressive journey of growth are currently looking to appoint an FP&A Manager. The role will have a large degree of ownership and is a real chance for someone to progress through the ranks very quickly.

Some of the responsibilities for the successful FP&A Manager:

  • Lead the annual budget planning process, collaborating with senior department heads across the business
  • Produce achievable budgets, as well as identifying areas of opportunities
  • Develop and maintain budget models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Supporting monthly re-forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights into future performance.
  • Analyse forecast variances and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Lead the development of the company’s strategic financial plan.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate different strategic scenarios.
  • Collaborate with senior management (CEO, CFO) to translate strategy into numbers
  • Prepare presentations for senior management and board
