About the Role
We’re working with a fast-growing, digitally led consumer business with an innovative commercial model and ambitious plans for continued growth.
As FP&A Manager and a key member of the Commercial Finance & Insights team, you’ll play an important role in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and business performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and wants to have a tangible impact within a scaling business.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people with the right combination of technical capability, commercial curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Significant experience in a similar commercial finance, FP&A, or finance insights role.
- Experience within e-commerce, consumer, retail, or another high-growth environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Strong analytical and data skills, with experience working across the technology and reporting environments typically found within fast-growing businesses.
- Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and translating them into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Strong financial modelling skills, with demonstrable experience building models from commercial assumptions through to the primary financial statements.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools, or a strong willingness to develop these skills.
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders and support the development of more junior team members.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Commercially minded, self-motivated, and keen to make a meaningful contribution to a growing business.
- A strong process mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
