This business operates at scale, is commercially sophisticated, and places strong emphasis on data-led planning and insight.
As FP&A Manager, you will take ownership of the group's financial planning capability, building robust models and forecasts that inform strategy, investment decisions, and performance management. You'll work closely with senior leaders, turning complex financial information into clear, actionable insight that supports both near-term execution and longer-term direction.
This role suits a confident, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working at pace, influencing stakeholders, and leading a small, capable team within a dynamic environment.

The Role
- Lead budgeting, reforecasting and medium-term planning cycles across the group
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models covering profitability, cash flow and balance sheet performance
- Deliver scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risks, opportunities and strategic options
- Analyse performance against plan, explain key variances and highlight emerging trends
- Provide high-quality insight and recommendations to executive leadership and the board
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Develop and mentor a small FP&A team, raising capability and analytical standards
The Ideal Candidate

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A background within a complex or growth-oriented organisation
- Advanced financial modelling skills and deep understanding of financial statements
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and shaping future plans
- Excellent communication skills with the credibility to influence senior leaders
- Proven experience leading and developing a team
