FP&A Manager | PE-Backed Technology Business | London
£90,000-£110,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working
I'm partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed technology business that is entering an exciting phase of expansion. Following continued growth, investment, and increasing operational complexity, the business is looking to appoint an FP&A Manager to strengthen its commercial finance capability and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, this role offers significant exposure to the executive team and the opportunity to influence performance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Deliver insightful analysis on revenue performance, profitability, and key business drivers
- Own and develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and board-level reporting packs
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting, and systems
- Provide commercial insight on investment decisions, growth opportunities, and business performance

What We're Looking For:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance experience
- Previous experience in a SaaS, technology, subscription, or recurring revenue environment
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive, commercially minded, and highly driven
