Finatal has partnered with a London-based business that are looking for a forward thinking, FP&A Manager to join their fast-growing team. The business is a pioneer in their space and are going through a period of hyper-growth.
The Opportunity
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and PE-backed financial targets
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, profitability, and key business drivers
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and business initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyse operational data and drive efficiencies across the business
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, presenting findings to senior management and the private equity sponsors
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, driving automation and efficiency

The requirements

- ACA, CIMA, ACCA or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a private equity-backed or corporate finance environment
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to build and manage complex financial models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
