An instantly recognisable business who are PE backed (£1bn+ t/o) and currently on an impressive journey of growth are currently looking to appoint a Commercially minded FP&A Manager. The role will have a large degree of ownership and is a real chance for someone to progress through the ranks very quickly, with maximum Exec exposure.

- Lead the annual budget planning process, collaborating with senior department heads across the business
- Produce achievable budgets, as well as identifying areas of opportunities
- Develop and maintain budget models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Supporting on M&A activities from DD through to integration.
- Provide actionable insights into future performance.
- Analyse forecast variances and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Lead the development of the company’s strategic financial plan.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop financial models to evaluate different strategic scenarios.
- Collaborate with senior management (CEO, CFO) to translate strategy into numbers
- Prepare presentations for senior management and board

Some of the skills, qualifications and experience for the successful FP&A Manager:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Can do attitude and driven to succeed
- Strategic and inquisitive mindset
- Comfortable working side by side with senior stakeholders
