FP&A Manager

£90,000 - £95,000 + benefits + equity

Central London

Partner Financial are recruiting an FP&A Manager for a leading PE-backed international marketing business who are a clear leader in their field. Backed by significant investment and led by an experienced leadership team, the business is entering a critical phase of expansion and execution. The post of FP&A Manager has been newly created and the postholder will take immediate ownership for building, driving and owning the FP&A function whilst directly supporting the CFO and other senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of all FP&A activities; ensure clear visibility of performance against budget & forecast and provide full scenario analysis.
  • Build robust and scalable financial models; drive monthly executive and Board reporting and deliver clear financial information supported by robust KPIs and insight.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insight on margin performance across products, customers and geographies.
  • Support strategic initiatives, investment cases and financial modelling with strong commercial rigour.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate analysis, accelerate routine reporting and sharpen decision support.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA).
  • Direct FP&A or commercial finance experience ideally within a PE-backed, high-growth international environment.
  • Exposure (ideally) to building an FP&A function within a scaling company.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerBI (or equivalent) and financial modelling skills (e.g. building three statement models).
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tools to drive efficiency and insight in a finance context (e.g. automating analysis, accelerating reporting or enhancing modelling).
  • A strong communicator who can add value quickly and operate effectively immediately.
