FP&A Manager | Hybrid/London | £60k-65k + package
We're currently partnering with a market-leading, data and technology-driven consulting business to recruit an FP&A Manager into a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation at an exciting stage of its evolution, supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning financial services, analytics, energy and healthcare.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you'll play a key role in strengthening the firm's planning, forecasting and commercial insight capabilities. This position offers broad exposure across senior leadership, including Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholders, while providing involvement in strategic projects, business performance analysis and finance transformation initiatives.
The Role
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Maintain and enhance rolling forecasts, including revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and performance models
- Develop and maintain robust financial models covering headcount, revenue growth and strategic investments
- Deliver scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and strategic forecasting to support business decisions
Commercial Business Partnering
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders across multiple business units
- Translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights and recommendations
- Build trusted relationships across the organisation, positioning finance as a proactive business partner
- Support the preparation of high-quality reporting and presentations for senior leadership, ExCo and Board audiences

Strategic Projects & Transaction Support
- Provide financial modelling and analytical support for strategic initiatives, including M&A, investment cases, new market opportunities and business transformation projects
- Assist with due diligence, ROI analysis and commercial evaluations
Systems & Process Improvement
- Support the development and enhancement of FP&A systems, tools and reporting capabilities
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of management reporting and decision-support frameworks
- Leverage modern planning, BI and AI-enabled technologies to improve analysis and insight generation
About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or transaction services
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Able to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable operating across both detailed analysis and strategic decision support
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability
- Passion for continuous improvement, automation and finance transformation

Desirable experience:
- Professional services, consultancy or partnership environments
- Multi-entity or international group structures
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL or FP&A planning tools
- Experience supporting transactions, strategic projects or corporate finance activities
