FNZ is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our growing Finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making across FNZ globally. Working closely with senior finance leaders and operational stakeholders, you'll provide meaningful financial insight that helps drive business performance and support continued growth across one of the world's leading wealth management technology organisations.

You'll combine strong financial analysis with commercial awareness, helping leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Opportunity

As an FP&A Manager, you'll sit at the centre of financial decision-making, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities across the business.

You'll help translate financial data into meaningful insight, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of reporting processes and financial planning capabilities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to broaden their exposure to business partnering, financial leadership, and strategic finance within a global FinTech organisation.

What you'll be doing

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Supporting the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
  • Coordinating planning inputs from business stakeholders across the Group
  • Producing forecast updates, variance analysis, and performance reporting
  • Maintaining and enhancing financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
  • Supporting the development of financial assumptions used in budgeting and forecasting activities

Performance Reporting & Commercial Insight

  • Delivering monthly management reporting covering revenue, costs, EBITDA, and cash performance
  • Providing clear and meaningful variance commentary against budget and forecast
  • Analysing key business drivers, performance trends, and financial outcomes
  • Identifying risks and opportunities and supporting recommendations for improvement
  • Producing executive-ready financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Management Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Ensuring consistency between planning outputs and reported financial results
  • Reconciling data across multiple systems and investigating variances
  • Supporting the accuracy, integrity, and quality of management information
  • Working closely with Financial Control teams to ensure robust reporting processes

Continuous Improvement

  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and accuracy
  • Supporting the development of standardised reporting and planning templates
  • Contributing to ongoing enhancements across FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Helping drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making

What We're Looking For

You'll be analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable working with large volumes of financial data in a fast-moving environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or management reporting roles
  • Background in financial services, FinTech, platform businesses, or other complex commercial environments
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ability to interpret financial information and provide meaningful commercial insight
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience producing concise and impactful financial commentary
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
