FP&A Lead
The FP&A Lead will oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring the organisation's resources are effectively allocated to support its goals. Based in Portsmouth, this role is key in helping the organisation make informed decisions and maintain financial stability.

An organisation within the not-for-profit sector based in Portsmouth.
Description
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organisational objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning.
- Manage and mentor a team within the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Communicate key financial insights to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

Profile
A Successful Head Of FP&A Should Have
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent.
- Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and budgeting.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not essential.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in Portsmouth.
