FP&A Manager

Our client is a large, internationally recognized group, currently seeking an FP&A Manager. The role is situated within a small central FP&A team, reporting to the Head of FP&A with a functional line to the CFO, and is pivotal to the information that reaches executive management.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidation and delivery of Group flash, forecasting, and the annual budget.
  • Producing management information that board and executive meetings rely on.
  • Working across every function to capture and report performance (both financial and non-financial), with an eye on the underlying drivers and how they link back to strategy.
  • Developing management information that shows granular performance across the drivers of the business.
  • Surfacing the trends and opportunities that can be acted on.
  • Helping improve the rolling forecast and longer term planning alongside the Head of FP&A.
  • Financial modelling to support business development, efficiencies, and M&A.
  • Keeping processes, systems, and controls in good order.

  • Qualified accountant with strong commercial awareness gained in large, reputable organisations.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Comfort with large datasets, organizing them, and drawing out the key messages.
  • Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders regularly.

Salary

£75,000 to £95,000.
