Cedar is partnered with an investor-backed, rapidly scaling Infrastructure business to support the appointment of an Interim FP&A Manager

This role is offered on a 6-month contract, paying £400 - £525 per day outside IR35. It will be based on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week in central London alongside senior finance and operational stakeholders.

The Company

This rapidly scaling infrastructure business operates in a high-growth environment, delivering critical infrastructure solutions across a growing portfolio of assets and projects. With ambitious plans for continued expansion, the business is investing in its finance function to strengthen commercial insight, improve forecasting, and support informed decision-making as the organisation scales.

You'll join a lean, high-performing finance team with broad exposure across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams to provide the analysis and insight needed to support continued growth.

The Role

As Interim FP&A Manager, you'll take ownership of core FP&A activity across the business, providing robust analysis, forecasting, and commercial insight to support decision-making. You'll work closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders to understand performance, challenge assumptions, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
