About the Role
At McCain, we are committed to sustainable growth and shaping the future of food. We are looking for an analytical FP&A Manager to join our EMENA Financial Planning & Analysis team for Continental Europe. In this strategic role, you will support the Leadership Team with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and business performance.
You will also play a key role in transforming the FP&A function by driving automation, digitalization, and process efficiency, helping to build a modern and future-ready finance organization. You will report to the EMENA FP&A Director.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead business cycles processes, including budgeting, monthly reviews, forecasting, long-range planning.
- Support month-end close activities, working with accounting teams as needed to ensure an accurate and timely financial close.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financials, KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis, providing insights to various stakeholders, including the regional Executive Leadership Team.
- Translate complex financial insights into actionable business strategies to support sustainable growth and margin improvement.
- Work closely with Business Units in shaping the best FP&A practices to drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems by leveraging technology and automation where possible.
- Develop dashboards & KPIs automated reporting systems to track progress on the Region key priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial accountability, performance management, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems and advanced analytical tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, analysis techniques, and key metrics.
- Proven ability to distill complex analyses into actionable recommendations and build effective business partnerships.
- Exceptional analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
- Autonomy, precision, and the ability to take a step back to see the bigger picture.
- Ability to drive initiatives in automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
