We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

As the Senior FP&A Project Finance Lead, you will join the newly created position within our Group FP&A function at Arrive. In this high-visibility leadership opportunity, you will serve as the dedicated finance lead for group-wide projects, focusing on cost management, transformation and integration initiatives, net working capital, and BI and data analytics. You will work within the Governance & Projects focus area of Group FP&A, collaborating closely with key executive stakeholders—including the CFO, COO, and the broader Executive Leadership Team (ELT)—across an international, multi-site organization.

In addition to project oversight, you will provide critical analytical and data support to investor relations and treasury processes, driving financial discipline and strategic deep dives to support our global mobility vision.

How to make an impact

  • Serve as the dedicated FP&A finance lead for major group-level projects, owning financial tracking, budgeting, cost modelling, and proactive risk flagging from initiation through close.
  • Lead the finance workstream for transformation, restructuring, and M&A integration projects, including major system implementations like ERP (NetSuite) rollouts.
  • Act as the FP&A business owner for BI and analytics projects, partnering with Finance Systems & BI to ensure financial data integrity, financial master data governance, and deployment of automation tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Planacy, Gemini Enterprise).
  • Drive net working capital (NWC) analysis group-wide by building cash flow scenario models and partnering with operational teams to optimize cash performance.
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and data packages for investor relations, lender processes, covenant tracking, due diligence support, and ad-hoc strategic requests for the CFO and ELT.
  • Produce polished executive presentations and financial summaries, translating complex financial data into clear, compelling visual narratives for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
