We are partnering with a pioneering, Series B venture-backed AI Automation B2B SaaS platform experiencing rapid global expansion through US.
As the FP&A Manager, you will step into a high-impact, high-visibility role acting as the stand-alone head of FP+A / commercial co-pilot to the Finance Director. The business has foundational financial models in place, but they need to be completely overhauled, challenged, and rebuilt to match the complexity of their multi-entity, global scale. We are seeking a resilient, commercially sharp, qualified accountant who thrives on high ownership. For the right performer, this role is explicitly designed to transition into a Head of Finance position as the company scales toward Series C.
Start date: ASAP (Immediate to 2 week notice). Contract to perm preference.
Location: Remote in UK. Strong preference for candidate within 3 hours of London who can come in once a month for meetings with team

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Modeling & Overhaul: Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing financial architecture. Design, build, and maintain sophisticated, scalable 5-year rolling models, cash flow forecasts, and operational SaaS metrics.
- Cash Flow Management: Establish high-accuracy cash runway forecasting and working capital modeling, critical for navigating rapid Series B international scaling.
- SaaS Metric Mastery: Define, track, and analyze core B2B SaaS KPIs (ARR, Net Revenue Retention, CAC, LTV, and Churn) to drive strategic executive decisions.
- Commercial Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, translating complex data into actionable commercial insights to support US expansion and product roadmap decisions.
- Board & Investor Relations: Assist the FD in preparing high-quality board packs, investor presentations, and fundraising documentation for venture capital stakeholders.

Essential Experience
- Professional Qualification: ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience in a dedicated commercial finance or FP&A environment
- Startup Agility: Proven experience operating within a fast-paced, VC-backed tech or startup environment. You know how to build structure out of ambiguity.
- SaaS Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models, revenue recognition, and subscription metrics.
- Modeling Excellence: Advanced, elite-level financial modeling skills. You must be able to build dynamic, multi-currency, multi-entity forecast models from scratch.
- Resilience & Grit: A high-ownership mentality. You are comfortable challenging the status quo, defending your assumptions to leadership, and driving projects across the finish line independently.
