The Role
A client in the consumer goods industry is seeking an EMEA FP&A Manager to join the team for a 6 month contract. You will lead the core financial planning and analysis activities across the EMEA region, taking ownership of forecasting, budgeting, month-end close and executive reporting processes. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will provide commercial insight, support business decision-making, and drive financial performance management across a fast-paced international organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end EMEA forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely planning cycles
- Own the month-end close process, delivering variance analysis, management commentary and financial performance reporting
- Partner with finance and commercial stakeholders to identify key P&L trends, risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Produce executive-level reporting and manage corporate reporting submissions

Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong FP&A experience
- Background within FMCG, consumer goods, retail or a similarly fast-paced product-led environment
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, PowerBI / Power Query
- Proven experience owning forecasting, budgeting, month-end close and P&L performance management processes
- Strong financial modelling, reporting and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership

Details
- Start date: Immediate
- Duration: 6 month FTC
- Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum (Open to a day rate contractor)
- Location: Battersea, London
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in office
