FP&A Manager - EMEA
We're working with a fast-growing global consumer business on a newly created FP&A Manager role, sitting at the heart of their EMEA finance function. This is a high-impact position covering the end-to-end forecast, month-end close, and executive reporting cycle, with real scope to shape and lead the region's Data/BI & FP&A transformation agenda. It's a great fit for someone who wants ownership over process as well as numbers, and who's keen to drive change rather than just report on it.
What you'll do
- Lead EMEA forecasting and budgeting, coordinating with Business Partners and Analysts down to Gross Margin level
- Own the month-end close cycle: variance analysis, management commentary, and P&L reporting
- Manage P&L submissions and corporate reporting during month-end and forecast cycles
- Drive BI and automation projects - PowerBI dashboards, Snowflake, EPM tools - to modernise reporting and master data
- Act as the key link between EMEA Finance and Global BI/IT on tools and project rollout
- Line manage a Senior Analyst, with a hand in wider team coaching and development

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
