Your New Company
A fast-growing, multi-brand beauty retailer is looking to appoint an ambitious FP&A Manager to take full ownership of the financial planning and analysis function across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.
This is a highly visible role partnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Brand Leadership teams, providing insight, challenge and strategic support to drive business performance. You'll have end-to-end responsibility for FP&A, leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning while delivering actionable analysis across multiple retail and consumer brands.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment and enjoys influencing decision-making across the business.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across a portfolio of brands
- Delivering monthly board and executive reporting, providing meaningful commercial insight and recommendations
- Partnering with Brand Directors and senior commercial stakeholders to drive profitability and performance
- Developing sales, margin and inventory forecasting models
- Providing analysis on customer trends, product performance, promotional activity and new product launches
- Supporting strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and business case analysis
- Identifying risks and opportunities across revenue, gross margin and operating costs
- Driving improvements in FP&A processes, reporting accuracy and data utilisation
- Leading ad hoc commercial projects to support business growth initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Previous experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, Beauty, FMCG or a product-led business
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- A proactive and commercially curious mindset
