FP&A Manager – Revenue | Leading Global Private Markets Firm | London

Make the move from audit or financial control into strategic FP&A at one of the world's leading alternative asset managers.

I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading global private markets firm on a newly created FP&A Manager role in its London Group Finance team.

This role sits at the centre of how the firm forecasts and reports revenue. You'll work closely with senior Finance leadership and the investment teams, and gain exposure to how a global alternatives business plans, measures and communicates its performance.

The role

Forecasting, budgeting and reporting

  • Own the end-to-end revenue forecast, covering management fees, carried interest, investment returns, and the underlying AUM and fundraising KPIs
  • Lead the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, working to a structured monthly calendar
  • Review data quality and provide actual vs budget analysis for Finance leadership
  • Own the monthly Board reporting for the FP&A team, combining revenue and cost data into strategy and Group-level Board packs
  • Prepare reporting and month-end commentary in Workiva, reviewing team outputs to ensure they are accurate, consistent and well presented before circulation

Data integrity and systems

  • Own the integrity of financial and fund data as it moves between Anaplan, Tagetik and Workiva
  • Perform and document reconciliations and control checks at each stage, resolving breaks so that every Board and external figure ties back to source
  • Help maintain and improve the revenue models, including fund hierarchies, fee schedules and waterfall assumptions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
