Talentedge are partnering with a growing multi-channel retail business to hire an FP&A Manager on an immediate-start basis.
This is a highly commercial role sitting at the heart of the business, partnering closely with senior leadership and providing the insight needed to drive performance across multiple sales channels.
The role:
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Deliver insightful monthly performance reporting, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities
- Partner closely with commercial and operational teams across retail, e-commerce and other sales channels
- Build and develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyse revenue, margin, customer and channel performance
- Support scenario planning, investment decisions and wider growth initiatives
- Improve FP&A processes, reporting and management information
- Provide clear, commercially focused analysis to senior leadership

The ideal candidate:

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A experience within retail, consumer or another multi-channel environment
- Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insight
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
