Exciting Opportunity: FP&A Manager Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to move into an FP&A Manager role with a growing professional services organisation. This is a commercially focused role supporting senior management with financial insight, forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in financial modelling, forecasting, profitability analysis and cashflow planning, while also supporting finance-related systems development and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the senior management team to provide financial insight and commercial decision support.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for key business units.
  • Lead and enhance forecasting and cashflow planning processes.
  • Support finance system improvements and development projects, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented.
  • Provide FP&A analysis of profitability, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare insightful financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and strategic planning.
  • Work collaboratively with finance and operational stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of financial information.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and commercial finance capabilities.
  • Experience with forecasting and profitability analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience working with financial systems and supporting system development or process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to business partner with senior management and present financial information clearly.
