FP&A Manager | Professional Services Firm | Hybrid | £60-62k

I’m working with a well-established, award-winning professional services firm (tech consultancy) that is building out its finance function and hiring a newly created FP&A Manager to work directly with the Head of FP&A.

This is a real opportunity to shape a function as it grows. You will be a proactive commercial partner to senior stakeholders across the business, not a back-office reporting role.

The role

  • Support the annual budget and medium-term planning process, and maintain the rolling forecast across P&L, revenue, EBITDA and cash flow
  • Build and maintain financial models covering divisional revenue, headcount costs and investment scenarios, including sensitivity analysis and stress testing
  • Partner with divisional finance colleagues, turning financial data into clear commercial narratives that drive decisions
  • Prepare high-quality materials for ExCo and Board reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and modelling for strategic initiatives, including M&A, PE-related processes, new market entry and partnership structures
  • Support financial due diligence and return on investment analysis
  • Help improve FP&A systems and automate routine reporting, using modern planning, BI and AI-assisted tools

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
