Location: Wimbledon, London – primarily remote partnership with Nordics teams with quarterly travel to Stockholm and/or as required

THE ROLE
We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Commercial Finance team based in Wimbledon. This role will support the Nordics multifunctional team and the Northern Europe Leadership Team. Reporting to the Associate Director FP&A Northern Europe, you will act as the finance right hand to Nordics commercial leadership, overseeing forecasting and reporting across the full P&L, coordinating FP&A month-end activities, providing actionable insights to support business decisions, contributing to strategic planning and ensuring clear visibility on performance – you will be at the heart of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the single point of contact for the Northern Europe GM, Northern Europe CFO and Nordics business teams on FP&A performance, forecasts and insights
- Lead dollarisation of S&OP, prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budget (AOP) – and ensure landing in line with forecast
- Understand business goals and strategies as well as company’s financial policies
- Coordinate FP&A month end closing activities including consolidating and articulating the regional P&L performance with sharp insight into revenue, Gross To Net, margin, and investment dynamics; prepare ad hoc financial analysis (bridges, deep dives, provisions analysis, etc as required by Corporate management)
- Prepare and own monthly management reporting packs, variance analysis and performance commentary for Nordics leadership and Northern Europe Finance
- Influence stakeholders in a matrix environment, challenging assumptions and driving alignment without direct authority
- Oversee commercial balance sheet items, including accruals and provisions related to Gross to Net, COGS, marketing budgets, SG&A and bad debt, in partnership with Accounting teams
- Partner directly with commercial leaders to track performance vs. targets, ensuring growth is profitable and aligned with strategic priorities. Monitor performance and proactively manage risk and opportunity. Support estimates, operating plans, forecasts for medium/long-term; analyze variances to forecasts and determine key actions to achieve targets.
- Deliver robust financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives, channel expansion and regional priorities
- Ensure data integrity across planning and reporting systems, partnering with commercial, accounting and supply chain teams to resolve issues
- Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting to enhance forecasting precision, efficiency, and business impact
- Contribute and co-lead process mapping between UK&I and Nordics, with recommendation and implementation of unified process
- Implement and enhance SOPs and SOX controls in their area, acting as the key contact for Auditors for commercial finance matters

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified accountant
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting
Fluent in written & spoken English
Essential Skills and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Financial Analysis and Forecasting
- Valid passport to be able to travel to continental Europe (Stockholm)
- Proven track record of challenging stakeholders and ability to make judgment on the accuracy/reliability of the inputs provided
- High level of mental agility – being able to “connect the dots” and craft a “story” behind numbers
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines/stress/multiple demands and demonstration of resilience
- Profound understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet under U.S. GAAP and experience in month-end close process of both P&L and B/S; knowledge of Statutory accounting principles
- Reliable, proactive, highly driven and self-motivated/independent working style
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; outstanding operational discipline
- Proven ability to identify problems and propose creative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of hierarchy
- Proven ability to learn quickly and further develop competencies at fast pace
- Advanced Excel skills and proficient SAP/ SAP BW user

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Power BI and practical use of AI tools
- Knowledge of Swedish language is an advantage
