twentyAI have partnered with a leading private equity firm on an FP&A Manager hire.
This role will sit at the intersection of technical FP&A and business partnering, working closely with Investment and Portfolio teams and reporting into a hands-on, supportive finance leadership team.
Office in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to the Investment and Portfolio teams, providing commercial insight that shapes decision-making
- Own core portfolio and fund performance metrics, including fee income, carried interest, and related growth indicators
- Lead long-term financial forecasting and planning across the firm and its portfolio
- Redesign and build out FP&A models and frameworks to support the firm's next phase of growth
- Translate complex data into clear, board-ready commercial narratives for Partners and Investment Committee
- Drive automation and process improvement across FP&A, leveraging modern BI and AI tooling
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including Partners and portfolio company CFOs

Ideal Profile
- Strong technical FP&A skills, with hands-on SQL and Power BI experience
- Proven business partnering experience, ideally within private equity, asset management, or a related financial services environment
- Comfortable operating in a senior, high-visibility capacity, leading from the front with high exposure to senior stakeholders
- Qualified accountant, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Confident using or keen to adopt AI tools to drive efficiency and insight
