FP&A Manager

Professional Services
London – 3 days a week
£70-75k + discretionary bonus

The Opportunity

Finatal have partnered with a PE-backed professional services business boasting £300m turnover. This role reflects the increased scale and complexity of the business and will be the n.2 to the Head of FP&A.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop, learn and operate in a lean team.

  • Planning, budgeting & forecasting
  • Produce monthly/quarterly management reporting packs
  • Define and track KPIs and operational metrics
  • Act as finance leads for specific functions (must be a strong business partner)
  • Champion the use of modern FP&A technology (planning tools, BI platforms, AI-assisted analysis) to build a best-in-class finance function.
  • Provide financial analysis and modelling support for strategic commercial initiatives, including M&A activity, PE related processes, new market entry, and partnership structures.

The Requirement

  • ACA, CIMA, ACCA or Equivalent
  • Help build and develop a high-performing FP&A team, creating a culture of analytical excellence and commercial curiosity
  • Help contribute to the wider Finance leadership team, supporting the Head of FP&A and CFO in evolving the function as the business grows
