FP&A Manager
Up to £72,000 + 10% bonus
South Manchester (1-2x a week on site)
We’re partnered with a high-growth, commercially focused business looking for an ambitious FP&A Manager to join their finance team. You'll be working with a business in complex, multi-product environment, with a strong growth trajectory and increasing investment in technology and data.
The finance team is highly visible, with excellent exposure to senior leadership, and there’s a genuine track record of internal progression. You'll have 2 direct reports, and it's a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who wants to combine FP&A, commercial decision-making and data in a business that’s continuing to scale.

The Role
- Own budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Deliver commercial analysis and performance insight
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst and Junior FP&A Analyst
- Improve reporting, processes and data-driven decision making
About You
- 3–4+ years’ strong FP&A experience
- Excellent modelling and forecasting skills
- Strong accounting fundamentals and commercial awareness
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- A good understanding of data and data-driven analysis is a huge plus
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI or other BI tools would be highly advantageous
- High-performing FP&A Analysts ready to step up will also be considered
