Interim FP&A Manager
An international business with a multi-billion investment plan over the next 10 years is recruiting for an interim FP&A Manager to provide critical technical and modelling support to FP&A while contributing to the broader data and systems agenda.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the team’s financial modelling and analytical capability
- Provide advanced technical support to the FP&A function
- Support finance input into systems and data improvement initiatives
- Assist with stabilisation and optimisation of finance processes and reporting (including ERP systems)
- Deliver deep-dive analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Bridge the gap between FP&A and data/technology teams
- Support reporting improvements and process efficiencies across the function
- Address capability gaps through strong technical and analytical expertise

Successful Candidate:

- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Strong FP&A experience with a focus on modelling and analytics
- Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis capability
- Experience supporting finance systems, reporting improvements, or ERP environments
- Ability to work across both FP&A and data/technical initiatives
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Available immediately or at short notice
