• 5+ years of relevant finance / SaaS experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience using a Financial Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (OneStream experience is preferred), and familiarity with recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, gross/net retention, and churn
• Experience using and building dashboards with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI experience is preferred)
• Analytical approach to problem solving and dealing with complex issues
• Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, with an understanding of subscription/recurring revenue business models
• Ability to work in an environment that presents constant change and some ambiguity
• Demonstrated experience partnering and influencing business partners and leaders, ideally including Sales, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk functions
• Experience presenting complex financial models and topics in a manner that is clear and concise, resulting in quick business decisions and action items
• Ability to build and nurture productive working relationships with individuals and teams regionally and globally
• Attention to detail, persistent, organized, and highly motivated
• Commercial curiosity and comfort operating close to Sales and revenue-generating teams, ideally with prior exposure to pricing, contract, or deal economics in a B2B SaaS or subscription business
