FP&A Senior Manager
Financial Services | London
We are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded financial services organisation to appoint a Senior Manager, FP&A. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a key role within the finance function, responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis and commercial insight to support strategic decision-making across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to partner with senior stakeholders, enhance financial planning processes, and play a central role in driving business performance within a growing and dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Group-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across multiple business units.
- Produce and enhance monthly management reporting, providing insightful analysis, commentary and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge performance and support commercial decision-making.
- Develop robust financial models, scenario analysis and investment appraisals to support strategic initiatives and business change.
- Monitor and analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support the forecasting of revenue, costs, cash flow and headcount, ensuring forecasts are accurate and well governed.
- Develop and maintain meaningful KPIs, dashboards and management information to improve business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting capabilities and planning tools.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business, working closely with Operations, Risk and other key functions.

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A experience within financial services, banking, asset management, wealth management or another regulated environment.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating financial information into commercial insight.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members would be advantageous.
