Position: FP&A Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $150/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 August 2026 to 4 September 2026
Role Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality financial planning scenarios using expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Review and evaluate financial data to enhance AI training datasets.
- Translate accounting actuals into operational decisions on spending, headcount, and growth.
- Explain financial tradeoffs to non-finance stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate within a UK business-hours rhythm, participating in live team sessions and occasional evening communications.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance business partnering.
- Experience with P&L ownership, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
- Ability to conduct monthly variance analysis and budget-to-actual reporting.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred
- Experience in digital media, entertainment, subscription businesses, or commercially complex businesses with substantial FP&A functions.

Compensation & Legal
- Hourly contractor
