Unique Opportunity for a Driven Individual

A leading global reinsurance organisation in London is seeking a driven individual with FP&A experience from the Lloyd's insurance market. This role will support the design, coordination, and implementation of operational priorities that shape the strategic direction of the Portfolio Management function. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and enhance strategic execution across the business. Experience with AI is preferred, and the role will involve managing a broad set of stakeholders.

Role Overview

The role covers three main areas:

  • Coordinating and Tracking Strategic Initiatives

    • Capital planning and model management activity
    • Project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder updates
  • Supporting Leadership Engagement

    • Off-sites
    • Quarterly planning meetings
    • Other portfolio and capital forums
    • Acting as a liaison across Underwriting, Portfolio Management, and Global Services
