Fractional Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant
Initial engagement: 8 weeks, with a larger 6+ month project expected to follow
Commitment: 3 days per week
Rate: £700 to £800 per day
IR35: Outside IR35
Engagement: Fractional / Consulting
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant to support a major customer with the hands-on technical implementation and configuration of CJA.
This is a fractional engagement requiring someone who can take genuine ownership of delivery, working closely with Adobe specialists and customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the hands-on implementation and configuration of Adobe CJA
- Configure connections, datasets, and data views
- Work within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) across datasets, schemas, and data preparation
- Troubleshoot data ingestion, mapping, and reporting issues
- Validate data and support testing through to successful delivery
- Work collaboratively with Adobe specialists and customer stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- You must have strong, practical CJA implementation experience, ideally across at least two CJA implementations. We are specifically looking for someone who has technically configured and delivered CJA rather than simply used the platform for reporting or analytics.
- Strong Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) experience is essential. Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) would also be beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Adobe specialist looking for a 3-day-per-week fractional engagement, with the potential to move into a larger 6+ month programme following the initial eight-week phase.
