Content & Thought Leadership | Technical SEO, GEO & AI | Organic Growth
3–4 Days Per Week | London / Hybrid
You will own:
- Content & thought leadership – developing high-impact content, reports, insight and case studies.
- SEO & GEO – leading technical SEO and ensuring the business is visible across Google and AI search.
- Organic social & personal branding – building the profiles of founders, consultants and senior experts.
- Events & community – turning events, webinars and industry conversations into compelling content.
- AI & automation – using emerging technology to scale content creation, optimisation and distribution.
- Team leadership – mentoring a small content and SEO team alongside freelancers and agencies.
- Commercial performance – connecting organic activity directly to leads, placements and revenue.

About You
We're looking for an experienced content and organic growth leader who combines commercial, editorial and technical expertise.
You'll have:
- Proven experience growing inbound revenue through content and SEO.
- Strong hands-on technical SEO experience.
- Knowledge of GEO, AI search and LLMs.
- Excellent content and editorial skills.
- Experience building executive/founder personal brands.
- A strong understanding of AI, automation and content technology.
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing others.
- Ideally, a background in B2B SaaS, technology, consultancy or another expertise-led business.
