Seeking a Visionary Leader to Shape the Future of European Innovation
Are you a senior leader with a passion for high-impact, mission-led work?
The Global Resource Advisory Board (GRAB) is looking for a CEO, Europe. This is a unique, fractional pro-bono role designed for an ecosystem leader who wants to bridge the gap between early-stage startups and world-class advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible, trusted leadership for GRAB across Europe
- Cultivate and leverage strategic relationships with European universities, research institutions, accelerators, and senior advisory chairs to integrate GRAB into regional innovation ecosystems and networks
- Translate GRAB’s global strategy into locally relevant European execution
- Ensure alignment with GRAB’s Code of Ethics, Value Delivery System (VDS), and global priorities
- Enable and support Regional Directors, Chairs, and Operators across Europe
- Maintain high standards of startup readiness, advisor quality, and board fit
- Participate in global leadership forums and contribute European insights to the global organisation

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Senior leadership experience across multiple European markets
- Strong credibility within innovation, startup, research, or social enterprise ecosystems
- Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural environments
- High ethical judgment, diplomacy, and long-term perspective
- Strong alignment with GRAB’s commitment to independence, inclusion, and gender-balanced governance
