A high-growth SaaS business, currently generating c.£5m revenue and recently completing a significant funding round, is looking to appoint a Fractional CFO to support its next phase of growth.

- Financial modelling, forecasting and long-range planning
- Fundraising preparation across equity, debt and potential PE
- Board and investor reporting
- SaaS metrics, valuation multiples and commercial analysis
- US expansion and wider growth strategy
- Oversight of outsourced finance support
- Building the finance function as the business scales
The ideal candidate will have operated as a CFO, FD or senior strategic finance leader within a high-growth SaaS, software or technology business.

Experience within VC-backed scale-ups, fundraising, US expansion and hands-on financial modelling is highly desirable. Previous strategy consulting, investment banking, PE or growth equity experience would also be attractive.
The role is initially 2-3 days per week, with potential to extend or develop into a permanent CFO position.
