About Rossenrode Partners
Rossenrode Partners provides experienced, independently vetted CFOs to owner-managed businesses that have outgrown their current finance function but do not yet require a full-time finance leader. We work with organisations across London and Oxfordshire, with a particular focus on financial services, professional services, technology, the creative industries, tourism and real estate.
Our model is straightforward. We take responsibility for client acquisition, contracting and administration, so that our CFOs can focus entirely on delivering commercial value.
About the role
As a Part-Time CFO with Rossenrode Partners, you will act as a trusted adviser to business owners and leadership teams, bringing clarity to their financial position and helping them make better decisions about cash, profitability and growth. Engagements range from a two-day Finance Health Check to ongoing retainers of up to four days per week, delivered through a combination of on-site and remote working.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
