Fractional or Part time Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: BD4, Bradford (Hybrid / Flexible options considered)
Salary/Rate: Competitive & commensurate with experience

Senior Stairlifts has tripled in revenue, but we are just getting started. Driven by a visionary founder who relentlessly pushes for that continuous 1% marginal gain, we are building a high-growth, high-performance culture with ambitious expansion goals.
To turn our vision into sustainable enterprise value, we need a high-calibre CFO—either fractional or full-time—to serve as a true strategic partner to the founder and leadership team.
The Role
This isn't a day-to-day bookkeeping role; it’s a high-level strategic growth engine position. You will own the long-term financial roadmap, optimise capital structure, and position the business for its next evolutionary phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Growth: Lead long-term financial planning, capital allocation, cash-flow modelling, and strategic forecasting to support aggressive scaling.
- Funding & Private Equity Relations: Leverage your deep network across funding institutions, banks, and PE houses to drive capital raising, deal structuring, and strategic growth options.
- Board Representation: Act as a board-level strategic voice, presenting financial intelligence, market insights, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee a capable two-person finance team. You will directly mentor our high-performing Finance Manager, coaching them to step up to the next level.
- Commercial Drive: Partner with the founder to evaluate new revenue streams, operational efficiencies, and bottom-line gains.
